Prerequisites: an active SynLink account, admin access to app.synlink.ch, and the list of applications you want to orchestrate (M365, Google Workspace, Slack, Odoo… 25+ connectors available).

Create your workspace: sign in to app.synlink.ch, name your organisation, create your first tenant (= a logical client or internal entity). Invite your first admins by email with a role (Tenant admin, Operator, Read-only).

Connect your first app: open the Connectors console, pick a connector (e.g. M365), authorise the OAuth connection, validate the read test. You can then create your first automated workflow by selecting a template (default onboarding) or starting from scratch.

Microsoft: M365 (Azure AD, Exchange, licence management), Teams (teams, channels, policies), Intune (endpoint MDM), SharePoint (sites, permissions, documents), Active Directory (on-prem and hybrid LDAP). Google: Google Workspace (Directory API, Gmail, Drive).

Employee onboarding: what used to take 35 manual steps runs in ~10 minutes with SynLink. Microsoft 365 account creation (Azure AD + mailbox), licence allocation, Google Workspace account if needed, Slack workspace + default channels, Odoo provisioning with role rights, Holaspirit circle membership, manager notification.

Offboarding: cascading access revocation across all connected apps, data archiving (M365 mailbox, personal drive), files and calendar transfer to manager, account disabling rather than immediate deletion (configurable retention). Password reset: triggered automatically on event (sign-in anomaly) or manually by the office manager via SynthiA. Ad-hoc account creation: parallel multi-app provisioning with no re-keying.

Conditional logic: workflow branches by department, role, location or tag, for example, a Tech employee in Lausanne gets GitHub + AWS IAM access, an HR employee gets Odoo HR + Holaspirit. Triggers: manual (from the dashboard), scheduled (cron), or via inbound webhook (new hire reported by your HRIS, role change, departure).

Initial configuration: email convention (e.g. first.last@company.ch), department list, default access per department, enabled connectors. With these conventions in place, SynthiA can make consistent decisions without asking every time.

Natural-language chat: the office manager simply types "Create an account for Marie Dupont, HR, Lausanne, starting 15.07.2026" into the SynthiA chat. The AI runs the 35 onboarding steps autonomously, asks for approval on sensitive actions (data deletion, admin-access grants) and traces everything in the audit log.

Typical use cases: onboarding and offboarding in natural language, on-demand password resets, extra M365/Google licence allocation, physical access provisioning via dormakaba (coming). Pricing: CHF 79/month/tenant as an add-on on every SynLink plan.

Native multi-tenancy: each client is an isolated tenant with its own connectors, workflows, users and audit log. No cross-tenant data leakage, strong separation at the database level plus configuration encryption.

MSP dashboard: a cross-client view of connector health, workflow execution volume, current alerts and monthly consumption. Client portal: each tenant can have its own subdomain (client.synlink.ch) with branded UI. MSP admins switch between tenants in one click.
